WARRANTY

The Rixin product warranty is available only to the original buyer with proof of purchase. Different levels of coverage are available depending on the time elapsed since purchase. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

30 Day Warranty Against Manufacturer’s Defect

Rixin will replace any frame, fork, or handlebar that has a manufacturing defect in the first 30 days after purchase. A manufacturing defect is something that prevents the use of the product as intended at the time of purchase.

1 Year Warranty Against Breakage

If under normal riding conditions a Rixin frame, fork, or handlebar breaks within 1 year after purchase, we will replace it. Damage caused from rider error (dents or bending) or damaged on purpose are not included. Any modifications made to the product may void the warranty. Lifetime Discounted Replacement If after 1 year of ownership the product breaks, we will offer a replacement at a discounted price.

Warranty card must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original sales receipt. You can complete your warranty registration online below
